ONE PERSON.
Twenty minutes.

Heavier canvas, same simple pitch. One center pole and one door frame do all the work, so you can put it up alone. On the 6M, a second pair of hands makes raising the pole easier. Everything comes in one canvas bag.

The steps

1	Lay the tent flat with the groundsheet zipped in and the door where you want it
2	Peg the base in a circle, starting opposite the door
3	Crawl in and stand the center pole up under the peak
4	Fit the A-frame door pole, then peg and tension the guy ropes

Which size should I choose?

The 3M (10 ft) sleeps 2 and suits a couple. The 4M (13 ft) sleeps 4 with room for a double bed and gear. The 5M (16.5 ft) sleeps 6, or makes a roomy glamping suite. The 6M (20 ft) sleeps 8–10 and works as a group tent or lounge, with 11 ft at the peak.

How is the Premium different from the Standard?

The Premium uses thicker 280 GSM poly-cotton canvas (the Standard is 200 GSM). It insulates better, so it's cooler in summer and warmer on chilly nights. It also adds a mold-proof treatment for long stretches of damp weather, and comes in a 6M size. The Standard is lighter and quicker to dry.

Should I choose the stove jack option?

Choose the stove jack if you might heat the tent with a small wood stove. It's a pre-installed 5-inch fire-retardant jack that fits standard 5-inch chimney pipe. The canvas itself isn't fire-retardant, so for regular stove use, winter camping or commercial sites we recommend the Premium Fire Proof.

Is it waterproof?

Yes. The 280 GSM canvas is treated to be waterproof, mildew-proof and mold-proof, and the PVC groundsheet zips in to seal the floor. Always let canvas dry fully before packing it away.

How long does setup take?

About 15–20 minutes for one person. Peg out the base, stand the center pole up inside, fit the A-frame door pole and tension the guy ropes. Poles, pegs, ropes and a mallet all come in the bag.

What's the warranty, and does shipping cost extra?

Every Premium Bell Tent has a 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship. Full-price orders over $600 ship free within the US from Santa Ana, California, and local pickup is available in Southern California. Outfitting a glamping site? Ask about wholesale pricing.
