At Trend Tent, we want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
At a Glance
- Shipping: U.S. addresses only (48 contiguous states + DC)
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: Unused, in original packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer pays all return shipping costs
- Refund Speed: 3–5 business days after inspection
- Size or Color Swap: Instant Exchange — your replacement ships the moment we scan your return
1. Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be new — no dirt, odors, or missing parts
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Custom-logo tents and heavily used or soiled gear are non-returnable
2. Start a Return
- Visit our self-service returns portal (link in your order confirmation email) or email info@trendtents.com
- Select Refund or Instant Exchange
- Ship your item back via your preferred carrier and pay the postage
- For Instant Exchange, we'll ship your replacement as soon as we scan your return — no waiting around
3. Inspection & Refund
- We inspect all returns within 48 hours of arrival
- Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is processed
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Choose Instant Exchange in the returns portal. Once we scan your return, your replacement ships right away — so you're never without a tent for long.
5. Warranty
Every Trend Tent comes with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering fabric, poles, zippers, and seams. If the defect is on us, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. After year one, replacement parts are available at fair prices for accidental damage.
