Welcome to Trend Tents, Inc. ("Trend Tents," "we," "our," "us"). By visiting trendtents.com or purchasing from us, you ("you," "your," "Customer") agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding U.S. contract.
- You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
2. Products & Orders
- All descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
- We may limit or refuse orders for suspected fraud, excessive returns, or shipping constraints.
- A purchase is final once you receive your Order Confirmation email.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and other displayed methods.
- By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen method for the total amount (or deposit + balance).
4. Pre-Orders & Deposits
- Certain items require a deposit; terms appear on the product page and in your confirmation email.
- Cancel before the balance-due date for a full deposit refund; after that, standard return rules apply.
5. Shipping
- We ship to U.S. addresses only (all 50 states + DC).
- Free shipping (over $600), live carrier rates, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout; see our Shipping Policy page for full details.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier picks up the shipment.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
- Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery; see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
- All tents come with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty on fabric, poles, zippers, and seams.
7. Intellectual Property All site content — text, graphics, photos, logos, and videos — is owned by Trend Tents or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international law. You may view or print pages for personal use only; no republication or commercial use is permitted without written permission.
8. User-Generated Content By tagging @trendtents or using our branded hashtags, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost your content. You must own or have permission to share anything you submit.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or to upload malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or customer data
- Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the site
10. Disclaimer of Warranties Except for the express 1-year craftsmanship warranty, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," with no other warranties, express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trend Tents is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the item.
12. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trend Tents and its employees from any claim, loss, or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in Orange County, California; you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. For material updates, we'll revise the "Last Updated" date and, where practical, notify customers via email.
15. Severability If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
