- Free Ground Shipping: All tents ship free; all other orders $600+ ship free to the lower 48
- Real-Time Rates: All other shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, ZIP, and live carrier pricing
- Carriers: UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, USPS Priority & USPS Parcel Select
- U.S. Only: We ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states + DC) — no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
1. Order Processing
Orders leave our Santa Ana, CA warehouse within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your label is scanned.
2. How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
- Enter your address — Add your shipping ZIP at checkout
- Rate lookup — Shopify fetches live rates from UPS & USPS

Pricing factors:
- Actual vs. dimensional weight (whichever is greater)
- Service level selected (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day)
- Destination zone based on your ZIP code
- Displayed total — The lowest available rate shows automatically; you may upgrade to faster service if available
Examples:
- 3 lb camp mug set → UPS Ground to Denver, CO ≈ $10.80
- 18 lb 3m Bell Tent → Free ground shipping to Portland, OR
Rates fluctuate with carrier surcharges and fuel; the exact cost shown at checkout is final.
3. Delivery Estimates

Transit times may extend during peak seasons or severe weather.
4. Tracking Your Order
Use the emailed tracking link to follow your shipment. If your order is marked Delivered but you can't find it, please contact the carrier first, then email info@trendtents.com — we'll help track it down.
5. Damages & Shortages
Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Photograph any damage and email your order number and images to info@trendtents.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- No P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- No shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
- No international shipping (yet) — subscribe to our newsletter for updates on future worldwide delivery
