05 — Setup

No lattice to build, no rafters to place. Lay the groundsheet, thread the arch poles, raise the frame and zip in the walls. Every stake, strap and pole comes in the bag.

The steps

Step	What happens
1–2	Lay the groundsheet, then stake the iron corner plates and perimeter loops
3–4	Add the top cover and thread the gold inner and black outer arch poles
5–6	Build the center pole and snap the arches into the corner plates
7–8	Tension each side to screw stakes, then zip in the walls

You'll need: a ladder or step stool and a mallet. Every pole, stake and strap is included.

Which size should I choose?

The 4M (13 ft) sleeps up to 8 and suits a couple's suite or a small family. The 5M (16.5 ft) takes 10+ guests and is our most popular size for glamping sites. The 6M (20 ft) holds 12–14+ and works as a lodge, retreat studio or event space. Plan for the footprint too: 20, 23 or 29.5 ft across.

How long does setup take?

Under 2 hours with 4–5 people. Lay the groundsheet, stake the corner plates, thread the arch poles, raise the center pole and arches, tension the sides and zip in the walls. A ladder or step stool and a mallet are all you need; every pole, stake and strap is included.

Can it stay up year-round?

The Asher is a 4-season tent with a 3,000mm waterproof rating, a 50 mph (80 km/h) wind rating and a working range of −4°F to 149°F (−20°C to 65°C). For long-term pitching we recommend a level deck or platform, regular strap tensioning and clearing heavy snow from the roof.

Can I heat or cool it?

Yes. A 5-inch stove jack and three utility ports let you run a wood stove, ducted heating or AC and power inside. Always use a stove with a spark arrestor and keep it clear of the canvas.

Is it approved for commercial glamping?

The canvas is flame-retardant and certified for commercial use, which is what most glamping sites and event venues need. Check your local permit rules; we can send fabric documentation on request.

What's the warranty, and can I buy wholesale?

Every Asher has a 1-year warranty with free spare parts in the first year. Buying several for a resort or event fleet? Ask about wholesale pricing and custom colors from our own factory.
