MOQ is 10 units per SKU for all tent models — including custom OEM and private label builds. Accessories have an MOQ of 24 units in any mixed combination. There is no minimum total order value requirement to begin wholesale — just the per-SKU MOQ.
What are the lead times for in-stock and custom orders?
In-stock items (Brisa, Automatic Tent, accessories) ship within 3–5 business days from our US warehouse. Custom-spec, OEM, and private label orders require 60–90 days from production confirmation. OEM prototypes and samples are delivered in 30 days. We always provide a confirmed ship date at order placement.
What payment terms are available?
Payment terms scale with your wholesale tier: Trailhead partners receive Net-15, Basecamp partners receive Net-30, and Summit partners receive Net-45. All tiers are available for wire transfer, ACH, and major credit cards. Terms are reviewed and may be extended after 6 months of consistent order history.
Can I get samples before committing to an order?
Yes. All approved wholesale partners receive a free swatch kit. Physical sample units are available at wholesale cost and this cost is credited toward your first full order upon placement. OEM and custom builds include one prototype delivery at 30 days for review and approval before full production begins.
What shipping and freight options are available?
We offer EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms for international wholesale orders. US domestic orders ship from our Irvine, CA facility. No hidden freight mark-ups — all freight is invoiced at cost with no handling premium.
Do you offer fire-resistant (FR) canvas options?
Yes. FR canvas variants are available across all glamping and bell tent models. These are required for many commercial hospitality sites, event venues, and festival permits in the US and UK. FR specifications can be added to both standard and custom OEM orders at MOQ 10.
How does the OEM / private label process work?
Submit your brief — desired model, sizing, colourways, logo placement, and packaging spec. Our design team provides a quote within 48 hours. On approval and deposit, we produce a physical prototype in 30 days for your sign-off. Full production follows at 60–90 days. Finished goods arrive with your branding only — no Trend Tents markings unless requested.
What happens if there's a manufacturing defect?
All Trend Tents products carry a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty. Defective units are replaced or credited at no cost. We ship free repair kit components — zippers, poles, patch kits — to end customers in Year 1 under our repair-first policy. Wholesale partners receive priority replacement processing within 5 business days of defect confirmation.
