Shipping Policy
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
Free Ground Shipping: Orders $150+ or any tent ships free to the lower 48
Real-Time Rates: All other costs calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, ZIP, and live carrier pricing
Carriers: UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, USPS Priority & USPS Parcel Select (Lower 48 only)
U.S.-Only Shipping: We ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states + DC) — No shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
Order Processing
Orders leave our Santa Ana, CA warehouse within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your label is scanned.
How Shipping is Calculated
Enter address: Add your shipping ZIP at checkout.
Rate lookup: Shopify fetches live rates from UPS & USPS.
Pricing factors: Actual vs. dimensional weight (whichever is greater)
Service level selected (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day)
Destination zone (based on your ZIP code)
Displayed total: The lowest available rate shows automatically; you may upgrade to faster service if available.
Delivery Estimates
- UPS Ground - 3-7 business days
- USPS Priority - 2-4 Business Days
Transit times may extend during peak seasons or severe weather.
Tracking Your Order
Use the emailed tracking link to follow your shipment. If it’s marked Delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier first, then email info@trendtents.com—we’ll help track it down.
Damages & Shortages
Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Photograph any damage and email your order number + images to info@trendtents.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund ASAP.

- No P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- No Alaska or Hawaii shipping
