All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • We offer FREE shipping.
  • Ships from our Los Angeles, California warehouse, shipping time is usually 3-7 days.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations soon.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website. Or track your order package through the official UPS Website

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. While we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, we are happy to assist you in resolving the matter.

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with tags. For full details, visit our Return Policy page.

Yes, customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
