1. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a email notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping, usually 3-7 business days delivery (Within the United States). 

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
We couldn’t ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future. Stay tuned!

6. Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue, return or change your order.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in any way we can, but once the package has been marked as delivered, it is out of our control.

8. Shipping Restrictions:
Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. These restrictions will be noted in the product description.
