1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. No Returns or Refund will be accepted after 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Non-Commercial Reasons)
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect purchase (wrong size, color, or model). Please confirm product details before placing your order. If unsure, contact customer service.
  • Ordering more items than needed.
  • Item no longer needed or wanted.
  • Disliking the product for personal reasons.
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information (e.g., address, ZIP code, phone number).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Other non-commercial reasons.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the reason for return, and clear evidence (photos or videos) if applicable.
If your item is damaged during shipping, you must provide photos/videos of the damage. Once approved, we will send you the warehouse address for return shipping.

3.2. Receive Authorization
You will receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for sending the item back.

3.3. Ship Your Return

  • Use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please:

  1. Complete the return process for the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for processing.
